Have you completely forgotten about the classics? "Interview with a Vampire", "Dracula" (1992 film), "The Brothers Grimm" (but there were no vampires, if my memory serves me right. But there were enough other creatures) The film itself is very interesting) - these films are simply mandatory to watch =)
